I agree with the guys. Frames are typically matched to the motor it will host and I don't see how that frame will work with a bigger motor without more tank swaps, cutting and welding, etc. Would the front sprocket line up with the rear once the bigger motor is set on the center line? Prob'ly not at which point you are screwed into widening the tail.....Oops now the tire and axle needs to be wider. And that is just the beginning. If you had the desire, skills and tools needed to make it happen, you would not have asked the question....youdda jez done it Ok I see what mean, and yes you are spot on with the "if you have to ask..." point. Thanks so much for getting back to me so fast. I think Ill hold on to it for a while, the re-sale value of the 400 has dropped alot over here, I think ill just clean it up and fix it up. Anyway the slower i drive the longer I can make the ride last. Thanks again all you saved me alot of time and cash. I attached a pic of the old girl (couldnt see how to add to text space, will sort it for next time). Let me know if you guys see anything that would help me make her look her best, all I know for now is she is getting a new set of lights all around, they are not great close-up, and a friend of mine will give her a respray dont worry he is a pro he has been doing cars for years.
